All staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Peter, the vet has a friendly, calm manner, he explains everything clearly. My nervous cat is at ease with him which makes any visit a smooth encounter.

Very caring practice and Peter the vet such nice guy, 100 %caring and explains everything so well. Puts you at ease. Summer, my cat, so grateful. 😊😻

Serious decline in this vet practice since they became corporate. No compassion or empathy just run solely as a money making venture. What a shame.

Vet named Nigel tore my dogs legs out of socket and damaged muscles. Practice manager Claire doesn't care. IVC (owners) show no compassion and stand with the practice.
My dog is damaged now and can't walk properly and he is only 6yrs old. This vet and the nurse - I'm yet to find a name for, think they can damage an animal and just get away with it ! Staff in general are "needling" when knowing of harm/upset their staff has caused.

If you want a happy and healthy pet, stay away from this place before it's to late...
Whoever there reads this, you should know that this road you've bought me down has no end !!!

Very friendly practice, keeps you informed of options . Lovely manner with our dog whose is welcomed with a stroke and a biscuit.

They look after our 2 dogs and never had any problems nothing to much trouble

I've been with The Vet Center for many years now. Theyve cared for a family dog, and 2 cats in that time, in succession. The staff are always so caring and give you their all. They have seen me through a lot of traumatic times, especially with my last cat - they couldn't have done more and I'll be forever grateful for their support.
