Had an appointment booked for cats second vaccination, already pre paid for, got to the vets and there was a sign on the door saying it was closed as there systems were down. Really bad service as paid for travel to get there, cat was really distressed. Really disappointed they could have contacted me earlier. They texted to confirm and remind me the day before appointment was still going ahead. Not sure what happened but really bad service to not even have a person on reception to talk to just a sign taped to the door.

We all love our pets maybe too much, but we want the best for them and this is exactly what I get at Medivets Dalston. Friendly staff who care, Vets who explain things and competitive fees that are not unfairly exaggerated. Thank you.

Worst MediVet in the area. They are a rude, money grabbing team who falsify facts to boost their income. The vets aren’t that good either. There are plenty of alternatives to this practice. Choose wisely!!!

Called on Dec, 14th about my dog's conjunctivitis. Staff at reception had a poor attitude (as in simply not interested) and just wanted to "book an appointment" while I was trying to confirm the name of the OTC eye drops the vet had recommended on a previous occasion...very unhelpful and clearly working with financial targets rather than pet health in mind.

It's such a shame that these guys think it's fair to treat customers the way they do. As customers we love our pets, they are not cash cows that should be used to meet their earning targets. We were told that if we don't decide immediately on a treatment that prices will be raised by at least 10% ... quite how that can make sense is beyond me. We should really have listened to some of the other feedback on here regarding the practises employed here which only seems to be there to maximise profits without any regard on the impact it has on their customers. If so many people are saying the same thing then I advise it would be good to take note.

Absolutely shocking. Please please do not bring your pet to this place. You will regret it. Incompetence at its worst. Only a matter of time before they get shut down for malpractice.

I've had two dogs in their care and have always had such a great experience. From regular checks ups to emergency operations (where a dog of mine swallowed a fish hook!) I do wish there was a bit more consistency in vets, I feel like I see a lot of different vets there, but the advice is always good and I trust them... so hey. Keep up the good work.

Vet Sandy is lovely, but I have to say the receptionist is curt and rude every time I call- no level of empathy for your situation or willingness to ask nurse for advice over the phone when its difficult to get an appointment. Once when my dog ate a poisonous plant they recommended travelling to the out of hours clinic on the other side of the city- when I get there the vet simply said it was grand and not to worry. What a waste of money, time and energy for a sick dog to go through.
