Love the look of this place , unfortunately the woman mucking out wasn't very friendly , told me to leave the stables , with an attitude , looked like the stables hadn't been mucked out all day , I was only up to ask about work , no thanks

All the staff I've met have been lovely and so accommodating with my dog who is so scared of the vets. They've examined him outside on several occasions now! Everything is well explained and they make the claims process really easy if you have pet insurance.

Our 5 year old Labrador was taken I’ll whilst on holiday suddenly and the staff were brilliant, fitted us in for an emergency appointment and checked her over and prescribed some painkillers as they think she may have overdone it and pulled something as temperature was ok and so far she’s picked up and improved from this morning so 🤞 she’s on rest and recuperation - the staff was all caring and concerned and the vet was very thorough - said any concerns to bring her back the day after and we was pleasantly surprised at the cost of treatment as it wasn’t excessive for an emergency appointment - was also told by another owner in the waiting room we had picked a good practice so that also put my mind at ease. Thankyou for the amazing service

What a professional and empathetic service from making the initial call to the emergency home visit for one of our horses. The vet - I believe named Hannah was amazing by keeping in contact on route, and on arrival kind, reassuring and clear on her examination and suggested investigation moving forward. Thank you so very much x

I rush my cat in early Wednesday morning. Unfortunately he passed away. The team were absolutely brilliant giving me chance to say goodbye. Would highly recommend.

I can't recommend Bishopton vets highly enough. Wonderful team, vets, nurses and reception all cared so much for my dog when she had a wound that wouldn't heal. They not only supported her, but me as well! Absolutely fantastic care.

5* because our Patrick loves this vets way too much! The staff are so lovely and make such a fuss of him which he loves.
Patrick was very ill a few weeks ago, everyone was so helpful and we knew he was in good hands. Thank you for everything!

Called in at short notice after my Border Terrier helped herself to a box of mince pies, (can cause death in dogs), fantastic staff and prompt response meant we were away none the worse for the experience within the hour.
