The Johnston Veterinary Clinic - Wellingborough

We have had our pet dog registered at this Vets since he was 8 weeks old. They do their best, but recently they seem under pressure. They only have 1 Vet & the receptionist told me they won't get any more for months! This means that despite our previous appointments starting late due to the Vets, when I turn up just 5 minutes late, they will turn you away. This is very frustrating when I booked this appointment 3 months ago due to short staff! Still, they managed to get a new appointment for me 3 weeks from now for just a booster jab...

Lovely vet who was amazing with my little chihuahua as she's very scared of the vets. Completely put her at ease. Receptionist was very pleasant as well

I had my rats put to sleep recently and they were treated with such respect and dignity. All the vets, receptionists and nurses are wonderful and treat the animals as if they are their own. When I collected the ashes today they wrote a hand written card, a poem, some flower seeds and some of their fur. It's personal touches like this that make them so wonderful. It's clear that the staff are passionate about their job and I've witnessed them with other animals in the waiting area and I've been so impressed. From the bottom of my heart thank you all. When I have the capacity in my heart to have another animal I wouldn't want them going to any other vet. You are all amazing xx

Wonderful vets. Karen is amazing and so supportive. We unfortunately had to put our cat down and all the staff were incredibly kind and caring.

100% recommend. My 3 dogs are treated very well. Luckily they are not ill very often. Keren is lovely.

Had to put our baby to sleep from a pyo after Johnston left half of her womb after a spay. Also gave us out of date medication. Would avoid this vets like the plague, it cost our babies life.

Excellent staff very friendly and know what their doing.

Our recent visit was a very difficult and emotional one . We had made the hard decision to put our elderly dog to sleep. They were very supportive and sensitive to our decision. They gave us time to say our goodbyes and talked us through the process.
