Absolutely shocking service from receptionist/clinical care advisor( found the care bit laughable) which led to us leaving before even seeing a vet. Arrived with our very ill dog who we believe had a water infection as was passing blood and had a urine sample in a little cup which was leaking. 15mins after appointment time asked at reception for another pot or if we could dip the urine ourselves ready for the vet as was not going to be any left in the pot the way it was leaking. Lady from reception had the most disgusting attitude and refused to help as she was “not clinical “. She offered to take sample out the back until vet was ready to which I tried to explain that the way this was leaking there would be no sample left. Was given more attitude at an already tense and anxious time to the point where we walked out from the way we had been spoken to. On way home rang practice to get refund for consultation that had been made to be paid up front and this delightful “lady” answered the phone with yet more attitude. We requested a callback from manager which in all fairness we received and issued refund advising the person we had dealt with was ”very upset” about the situation and doesn’t normally act the way we had explained. This person is totally in the wrong job and no chance I would ever leave a pet in the care of a place with an employee like the girl we had dealt with. Customer service skills were non existent let alone for dealing with people who are already in a tense situation taking their ill pets to be treated.

Long wait for simple appointments, but worse and every single visit the same issue, the vet has literally no idea about the animals history. At any given time there was no preparation done prior to the visit.

Amazing. We were so looked after. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our faithful boy. Staff were brilliant. Made us feel at ease and left us to to say goodbye. Thank you. 💔

Mel was really helpful with Bruno despite his behaviour she reassured me and helped me understand more

Fabulous outlet everything you'd want for your precious pets even the dogs were getting excited when their mams and dad's were taking them shopping!❤❤

Excellent service was previously with RSPCA and vets4pets with very helpful registration and getting a quick appointment x
