Cater Veterinary Practice

Moved vets to Cater vets. It was good that I could register my dogs online to save all the hassle on the first visit. Llandudno Junction is a small outreach post with one receptionist and one vet. Both ladies were friendly, efficient and so helpful. My dog more importantly was at ease with the vet. For us it is a good move

Brilliant vets.. highly recommend them as they genuinely care about your animals... they are helping me through the process with my cat who's been confirmed as diabetic... if you want to take your pet to someone trustworthy then CATER are the one's to choose

We have plenty of animals and we are always well looked after.

Showed real concern about the pain our little dog was in and quickly went about a cure which was expensive but worth it because it really helped our dog 🐕

This was our first visit there, and our cat was less nervous than usual by the end of the visit. The vet took his time to sort any issues we raised.

Today was poor. Turned up 5 mins early for my appointment, waited patiently for an additional 20 mins only to be asked to sit in reception whilst they dealt with pet owners who arrived after me.

I had 2 apps cancelled owing to the ping device, and I appreciate how difficult times are, but please, why is my time less important than anybody else's.
