I took my watch here to remove some links from the strap. They removed the links, as requested, but scratched the some of the other links in the process! When I went back to complain, they tried telling me that the marks were there before. I have added pictures of the watch before purchase and then with the resultant damage after taking it to Watch Surgery.

RESPONSE to Watch Surgery - I remember the conversation I had with your colleague and she did not mention anything about any scratches/marks on the bracelet.

The proof is in the pudding and in this case the pictures I attached of the bracelet before it was scratched by Watch Surgery. I stand by my comments.
