Needed my watch size altered and the staff did a great service in first helping me figure out the correct size and then carefully altering the watch with their experienced skills. I will certainly be returning there for any future work required for my watches. Thank you.

Watch Surgery resized my antique diamond ring from size V to size M. It was ready to collect 4 days later. Very reasonable price for the work. Beautifully done.

CANNOT RECOMMEND - SCRATCHED MY WATCH!

I bought my brand new watch here to get my strap adjusted. The service was fast... Too fast and too careless.

Despite being a simple procedure, they somehow managed to scratch the metal strap! I've emailed in and it's been two weeks without a response, so I'm writing a review to alert others to their shoddy work.

If you need your watch battery replaced, repaired or jewellery altered this is your place. I went to a few locations that told me they would have to send my watches away costing a total of over £150 with me waiting weeks. Watch Surgery repaired two of my watches in 25 minutes for £25. They were super friendly and helpful thank you.

Terrible service. They got the engraving on an antique pair of gold cufflinks wrong then said they could try rubbing it out but would have to charge me for it. So I had to pay for a mistake they made (incidentally ruining a pair of priceless cufflinks). I asked to see the manager but they were not available. Avoid this place for engraving at all costs.

5* Service. What a great team, super fast and efficeint and very good price. Nearly half price of Edgware Road Jeweller!!! Had watch cleaned with new battery and necklace link fixed...They did it all as I was having a coffee...impressive! You'd be mad to go anywhere else!
