I used these guys recently for a watch for myself and for my son. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I had my doubts initially and did all the research and even sent several emails, but each time I was satisfied with the replies. I made the decision to go with these guys, I even went to collect the items in person.
They offer a great service, good genuine products with a friendly service.

I visited the store for a trade-in and was treated with the utmost courtesy by Gail and Zac. We had so much to talk about that I spent almost an hour there. Naturally, my new watch is superb and exactly as described. I would deal with them again without hesitation, assuming I live long enough!

I dealt with Alison, Mariana and Priscilla at various times and all 3 ladies were brilliant! Extra special thanks to Priscilla as I sent a few emails back and forth and she was always there to respond and help immediately.
The watch is 10/10 as described, I would say Unworn and couldn’t recommend them enough! A very good/popular dealer in my town new immediately who Zachery was and explained to me he has a huge place in the watch dealer world! Phoned up in advanced before visiting shop because of distance. On arrival I was made very welcome with no pressure whatsoever in making a purchase. Very friendly and very helpful. Zac and Iconic Watches offer a bespoke concierge service in sourcing and supplying very sought-after watches. From initial enquiry by email to confirmation of the watch being available in store was less than 4 weeks; during this time I was kept updated and informed of when the watch was expected to arrive into stock. Once it had arrived I made a personal visit to their premises in Blackburn and was warmly welcomed by Zac and the Team where the purchase process was completed. Highly recommended for their first-class friendly service and market competitive prices.

I contacted the team at Iconic Watches with a very specific request. My details were taken and I was notified within 24 hours the details and price if what I had enquiries about. Due to the speedy nature if the turnaround time I asked for 24 hours time to review finances which they happily obliged with. I placed a Credit Card Deposit and when my funds cleared two weeks later I paid for the watch and the deposit was immediately refunded. The Watch itself is exactly what I wanted and I'm very happy with the service. I've bought and sold various watches using various well known jewellers with an online presence and I can honestly say I won't be going anywhere else in future! Highly recommended! 👍👌
