This particular location isn't too big and the selection of watches is limited. Also, although the staff know their products well, they not real watch enthusiasts so they aren't aware of what's going on in the watch industry and may not be able to give potential buyers any out of the box advice. Still, it is a good place for someone looking to get a bargain on a quality used watch.

Watch required fixing under warranty. The whole process from me returning the watch (where suitable packaging etc. was very quickly supplied) to the watch being delivered back (very well packaged) was seamless with good, courteous communication. Very pleased with whole process, and of course with having my watch back. Many thanks Watchfinder & Co.

Purchased a lovely Breitling and as always went to Watchfinder. I was very disappointed this time round. I purchased the watch outright and took it home. After wearing it for a few days, I realized this wasn't the watch for me, it kept catching on my arm hairs. Having warn the watch I went into the store with an open mind. They said that they would charge me £50 to get the watch re-polished which is fine, however they would not let me return the watch. I only purchased the watch as I wanted a bracelet. I've got five other watches all leather strapped. I was told that I could not have a credit note and a direct swap was my only option. Having spent thousands with Watchfinder as a family, i was very disappointed. The only suggestion they had was that they bought the watch off me. The figure they gave me was £1,000.00 less then what i paid for the watch. Fuming is an understatement! I now have a watch that I cant ware and need to sell, probably for a large loss. Its fair to say I feel RIPPED OFF! I cant say I will be returning to Watchscammers anytime soon!

Was looking to spend £20k on an Omega, was going to do this remotely. Was asking for a video, not a onerous request considering the amount. Was told not available and then ignored there after. WOW!

Excellent service! Always as described and if selling they always pay the amount agreed provided the description and photos were correct!

I have bought multiple watches from this company. Richard from this branch assisted me with my latest purchase. His service was excellent and is a credit to the company. In future, any watches from WF will be bought from him only. A passion for customer service and extremely friendly.

Good website, handy if you want a quote on your watch, just impossible to filter by gender on their website which is a big time waster. Why am I scrolling through pages and pages of ladies watches when with one simple click I SHOULD be able to filter all of these out!?
