Fantastic experience with this particular Goldsmiths. Having been to many Rolex retailers and stores over the years, none of them offer a friendly and personal service like this one.
It can’t be easy for them to deal with the pressures of such demand on such short supply - but they do it effortlessly.

I highly recommend Goldsmiths at Lakeside. I am always treated amazingly well, whether I am purchasing or just browsing. The sales staff (especially Sayful) are always happy to listen and are extremely helpful.

It’s always great to just drop in and be able to talk watches. I could have spent all day chatting about Rolex with Lewis. He is a great asset to the store, friendly and very knowledgeable. I appreciate that being able to upgrade my own ageing Explorer could be a long way off with the closed lists but still it’s great to be entertained in such a positive way with all the challenges facing them. This is old school retail shopkeeping just as it should be. Thanks Lewis 😊

Myself and my wife visited the Goldsmiths store in Lakeside Thurrock on Monday 10th October 2022. Both of us was greeted with friendly and professional staff and one member of the staff took the initiative to introduce to me as my main contact at the store, the guy seem highly knowledgeable in the item i was purchasing. Overall, I would like to give them 5 stars for my experience and i would highly recommend them to family and friends. Going forward, I would consider purchasing another item in the near future for my collection at the Goldsmiths/Lakeside-Thurrock

Had a great experience in looking for, finding, and purchasing a ring from this store. Frank helped me over several visits, was patient as always and made the experience as stress free and easy as possible. He also gave recommendations on materials and quality too which is really appreciated.

So my partner bought me a lovely engagement ring from goldsmiths but we had a couple of problems - I just wanted to say, the staff were absolutely fantastic! They turned an upset customer into a happy one and really went the extra mile to help and to sort everything out! We spoke to Danielle (the manager at Goldmsiths Lakeside) who was unbelievably helpful and really did everything she could, and when we went in and met with Lizzie (possibly lyndsey, sorry if I have got the name wrong!) (who was also amazing and so friendly), they gave us flowers and a bottle etc. honestly such amazing customer service! We also spoke to Sarah in repairs who was very nice and remembered us, so all in all, everyone here was amazing!! Thank you!

Thanks to all at Goldsmiths Lakeside (with particular mention to Lewis) for the delivery of my new Tudor Pelagos. Great service throughout and a cracking watch. Couldn't be happier! Would recommend highly.
