The guys in the shop was so helpful, I tried so many watches but fell in love with this one. I took it away there and then.
Had a small problem with the timekeeping and the watch was prepared free of charge.
Was even given a few extra links as lockdown hasn’t been kind to my weight!
Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic service from Tom. Unfortunately as we are so far away from the shop we couldn't pick a watch in person so it was all done virtually and Tom was amazing. He sent videos and photos so that we could clearly see what we were purchasing and he recommended a beautiful watch which arrived the very next day and honestly it looks brand new! We are so happy with our purchase and the customer service provided by Tom, nothing was too much trouble, he didn't pressure you into buying, even responded to questions at night and changed the face of the watch to the colour that we really wanted. We cannot recommend highly enough! We will definitely use H&R again in the future and its reassuring that you can buy virtually and not be disappointed! Thank you Tom and the team!

I'm not one to usually leave google reviews.. but how can i not when i have had such a pleasant experience.

I went into the shop to look at some Rolex watches for my wife's up and coming 40th birthday, i was shown a broad selection.

I was in the shop for about 45 minutes trying to decide on the 'perfect watch' and eventually reached my decision.

James, who i was dealing with, even offered to put a link in my watch for free as it had become too tight,

i cannot recommend this company enough and will definitely be coming back if i need anything else.

Purchased a Lady Rolex Datejust from this shop via ebay and was a bit nervous! The watch arrived (the next day) immaculately presented wrapped it its box and was like brand new, polished and cleaned to perfection - stunning - all the paperwork was present and again presented in a professional manner. I could not recommend H&R more, first class product and service and £1000 cheaper than other shops that would struggle to match the quality of this place. Top Drawer - Very Happy :)

My husband Bought a watch from here for me last year he had to be sent back as the crown had broken my husband paid extra and got a different watch which is now not working properly kept calling the shop to which we had no luck eventually we got through and the man was extremely rude! And advised that the shop was closed! Would not advise ANY ONE to buy a watch from here !!!! We are now having to go elsewhere to get it fixed !

Excellent service this morning , shop is very discreet and allows you privacy, time and space to look at the watches. Some great knowledge and advice given and I bought a lovely Rolex which I am really delighted with. Would always return to buy again from Hadleigh and Royal - Thank You

I enquired about selling my Ladies Rolex, I received prompt replies to my emails. I sent the watch to the shop address and it was received safely on 6 October. 2 weeks later and I have since sent numerous emails, instagram messages and have tried phoning (both numbers don't get answered) to follow up on the valuation of the watch. I received one message confirming that the watch was being assessed and nothing since. Very disappointing service, I have asked for my watch to be returned and have received no response. I will be taking further steps to recover my item, my advise to future sellers beware!
