After visiting the store last year and introducing myself to the staff at Lyons, i returned today as the watch i wanted was available to me. Having shopped at other jewellers over the years, i can hands-down say that the service I received here from James and Janet has surpassed anything i’ve experienced elsewhere before.

Aside from being really professional and very knowledgeable about the products they sell, they are just good, friendly, people.

Naturally I’m thrilled with my purchase, but the experience from start to finish has been absolute class.

I would highly recommend Lyons and would like to say a big thank you to the staff there.

I decided to treat myself to a high end watch following a significant birthday. I did some research, settling on a Rolex Submariner. I knew the watches were in high demand and short supply. I spoke to several other dealers, neither of whom were willing to even accept my ‘expression of interest’. Their sales associates were also cons descending, one of them asking me why he should sell me a Rolex explaining that it would be like him selling me a £50 note for £20.
I spoke to Rob, the manager of Lyon’s. He was patient, informed and a gentleman. We had a conversation about why I wanted the watch and he agreed to get me one. Which he did in a very timely manner.
I bought my first watch from Lyon’s when I started work at age 16 (Tag Formula 1 with plastic strap) now, considerably older, I’ve bought another watch from the same place. Great experience top to bottom. Thoroughly recommended and I will be back…when I’ve saved up.

I would just like to say what an absolutely fabulous experience I had at Lyons Croydon and a huge thank you to both Janet and Rob for the extra mile they went into making sure I had the best shopping experience.
I bought my timepiece a few months ago and I had met with Janet on a previous occasion, where I had expressed my interest in a few pieces. Janet was really knowledgeable, patient and had a high level of expertise and she guided me the whole way through.
Seriously loving my new piece! I would highly recommend Lyons in Croydon and I’m looking forward to future purchases.

I finally completed my purchase today of a watch from Lyons. My experience has lasted just over a month due to me changing my mind and having different watches ordered in. The level of customer service I received from James throughout my whole experience was by far impeccable. James is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to watches and made sure he gave me all the right information about each brand and each watch I looked at. This is something I appreciated so much as this was my first watch purchase. Even after changing my mind he offered to help me find a new watch and have this ordered in for me. I have never felt so comfortable purchasing from someone, especially as I had no clue about watches myself. I never felt pressured or made to feel unknowledgeable, instead I was always welcomed with a smile and given 100% of James’ effort and time at each visit to the store. I am over the moon with the purchase I made today and cannot wait to go back for my next purchase.

Honestly speaking, the team at Lyons Croydon are fantastic. I Initially made an online enquiry on their website 6 months ago and following a number of telephone conversations with Katie I was invited to the showroom. When I went in, I was greeted in a polite and professional manner whereby a number of timepiece options were discussed for my family.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Katie, Joe and Rush at the store for a wonderful experience regarding my purchases and I would highly recommend them to anyone including friends and family. Katie has been amazing since day one, she is knowledgeable and does not fail to keep in touch. Whenever I attend the store I am always greeted by Joe in a friendly and professional way. I initially came in to the store in April to enquire for a watch and was greeted by Joe in a very friendly and professional manner which made my visit all that more enjoyable.
After expressing my desire for a certain model she was happy to register me for that piece on the day and to my surprise was able to call me last week to say it was available.
I went in to store to collect and I have to say the experience was the same as the way it started way back in April.
Will be buying from here again.

I booked an appointment at Lyons from the recommendation of a friend, who couldn’t praise the staff and store enough.

I was greeted by the store manager who made me feel very welcomed.

Georgia was very helpful and her knowledge and expertise of the products was second to none. The store had a great selection of watches and I was encouraged to try them on. For me it is important to be able to see and try the products you are interested in.

Overall a very relaxed experience in the store, it was a pleasure to interact with the friendly staff (Sachin and Rush) Hope to be back soon

I always made visits to my local store to enquire for a particular watch I was interested. In which I was introduced to discover and explore more about the brand.

I was served by a lovely lady called Janet in which she made all my visits memorable and exceptional.

Once I received a phone call that the particular watch I wished for came finally was available. I was over the moon and thrilled!
