What a great shop. Staff are a credit to the company, just the right mix of interested and helpful without being intrusive. Witnessed them helping a young girl choose her first watch, they could not have made the experience any more special for her. My own wife choose a custom watch which they built while we waited and explained batteries are replaced free of charge whenever required. Great stuff. Swatch keep the staff in today (New Years Day) they are fabulous.
