Arrived unannounced about a year ago, they welcomed my wife and I in and spent time with us, left with two purchases. Very bespoke.

I was given an incredibly warm welcome and just loved the FORDITE watch concept

Extremely impressed with personal service and variety of exclusive watches

Bamfords’ showroom on 80 Audley is an impressive townhome on an impressive street in Central London. Upon arrival I was shown a private room to browse a selection of watches. I purchased two, one of which I took in person and another to be sent home. I was told they would collect my mailing address as soon as the watch was ready for dispatch, I was told this would take place within an hour or so…

Fast forward 20 hours and no one had contacted me, so I decided to call the store. Reception transferred me to sales, the sales team said the associate who assisted me had called out that day. This new associate then told me they were busy because another watch had launched and sold out. (I guess online orders get priority over in person shoppers?) Sales then transferred me back to reception where I provided my email address so they could email me to get my physical mailing address.

Fast forward another 24 hours and I still hadn’t heard anything about tracking or shipment. So I call again, I was offered apologies and told the watch was ready to ship, yet I still haven’t been provided any evidence to support they have shipped it.

If the second item had been shipped same day or next day with proof this would be a five star review. Bamford over promised and completely under delivered. Truly unfortunate. Decent products, beautiful showroom, very poor customer service to this point.

My wife bought me watch 3 years ago for my birthday she took it for service last week .These people are very knowledgeable and helpful and I'm very satisfied with the sale. Would heartily recommend them thank you so much again .🙌🏼
