OMEGA Boutique - Bluewater Shopping Centre

Visited these guys just before the recent lockdown, everyone was helpful in store and extremely knowledgeable! All of the staff had great interest in watches and showed enthusiasm when talking about them.

I went in only looking but because of the great service I walked out the owner of a hesalite speedy, I am definitely looking forward to returning when I decide to purchase another Omega.

I went into the store couple of times. The staff was really friendly. They seamed vary knowledgeable and provided me with a lot of tips too. I was mainly talking to Maria who was excellent. Good things is all store staff, including the manager pitched in to share their knowledge when needed as i did ask a lot of questions. Great experience and great service. Definitely deserve more than 5 stars!!!

Joe was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made us feel at ease with absolutely no pressure to buy. For a young man his communication and social skills are excellent and I believe he is a real asset to your store.

They are never trying to push you into buying anything and tailor the experience to make it personal. Today I went in there and as I am quite a young man they judged me straight thinking I wasn’t gonna buy anything. I asked how much the titanium strap is to buy and got snarled at by a scruffy worker behind the counter. The girl helping me didn’t even know the price of it. Once they saw I had the 007 omega on, their tone changed massively. Horrible experience to say the least
