Great customer service without fussing over. I like that they gave me time on my own to decide which I like. They were kind and patient with me. Sadly, I didn't find a pair of earring that suits my get up for an upcoming event. I end up buying a cute necklace I could wear everyday :)

I have had occasion to visit this store twice recently for birthday presents. On both occasions I was served quickly, given excellent advice without being sales oriented and I did not feel hurried to make a choice. The sales lady made this task a pleasant experience and I would recommend this store to family and friends. Many thanks.

My wife and I purchased a wedding gift from Goldsmiths WGC. Sadly the gift wasn't to the bride's tastes and we were slightly outside the 30 day return period when returning the item to store. The staff were extremely polite and issued a refund without fuss. Would highly recommend the store and salute the professional conduct shown by the staff.

Looking for a chain to go with an opal I'd cut and polished for my wife's forthcoming significant birthday - went accompanied by my daughter and the sales lady at Goldsmiths could not have been more helpful. She engaged with us, took an interest, made us feel valued and finally, suggested the perfect chain that enhanced the stone very well. Very happy with the service!

Went in to WGC to collect my order of a Gucci necklace, was waiting at the counter and was ignored by the lady, it was just me and another customer who was looking at stuff elsewhere. Eventually I said a polite “hi” to which I received a cold response of “I’m serving this customer” and pointed to the other lady across the shop. I stood for a while, partly embarrassed and uncomfortable and then just walked out. There was no “hello, I’m sorry I’m just serving and I will be with you shortly” just a cold and very rude response. Even a hello back would’ve been nice. I returned back later and Sam the member of staff who had ordered the necklace for me was there. She greeted me with a smile and was so so friendly, helpful, and just very kind. She asked me to take a seat, offered me a drink. She remembered it was a present and gift wrapped it for me. Sam is a wonderful sales assistant and made up the poor and rude experience I had. Thank you Sam I would give you 5 STARS!!!!

The in-store sales assistant (Nicola) was great at helping me understand the type of ring to consider for the gesture I was looking to make to my partner. She was very knowledgeable of the the various ring metal and style types and there was a good range of rings to view in store.

On the rarest occasion of I entering Jewelers shop on direction of wife. I was pleasantly surprised to have the burden lifted. Excellent lady assistant who patiently helped wife to find exactly what she wanted, Guided in useing discount vouchers. Absolutely excellent service! smile's all around.
