If there was a zero star I would use to warn other people. Deplorable company with no regard for the client. Damaged goods returned then calling the client stupid to their faces. Continuing a curt and inappropriate language on every occasion the client tried to contact them, even using bad language textspeak. I cannot strongly enough tell people "I would advise anyone to not use this company".

Really friendly and perfect transaction. I took delivery less than 19 hours after ordering my Aevitas carbon fibre watch winder. So impressed with the quality well worth the price tag and I am so happy with my choice. I recommend both the company and the brand.

SIMPLY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I spent a great deal of money on a Benson 8 watch winder from an online company based in Holland but only after a few weeks it failed. On contacting Leon, the owner, he was extremely unhelpful and rude, and it took an awful lot of emails, and me having to ask the manufacturers to mediate to finally get him to agree to send a replacement.

Unfortunately this replacement watch winder failed a week after the 12 months warranty expired, so I knew that there was no chance he would engage with me again. I tried contacting the manufacturers but I suspect they now also had a fractured relationship with the Company, and clearly didn't want to deal through him, so I was in a bit of a Catch 22.

I carried out a few searches on the internet and found that the Swiss Watch Store sold 8 and 12 watch winders, and wrote to them explaining that I now had a very expensive, but rather redundant watch display case.

It was at this point that my luck turned through the very selfless commitment and amazing customer service from Lee the owner of Swiss Watch Store UK. Lee had a good personal relationship with the manufacturers and he contacted them on my behalf, who agreed that he could act as an intermediary in trying to repair my watch winders.

Lee arranged for the winders to be collected from me near London and couriered to him in Wales. He then arranged for his technicians to try and repair both winders with new parts supplied by the manufacturers. Unfortunately they could only fix the replacement winder, and Lee then arranged for them to be couriered back to me.

All of this was done free of charge by Lee as a terrific gesture of goodwill!

In hindsight I should have bought one of Lee's Aevitas watch winders, and if I had know what a true gentleman Lee is I would have done so without question.
