We chose Brendon Hill Stoves as they’re local to us, and they didn’t disappoint.
We had excellent advice & help in the showroom with choosing a new stove. It arrived on the date arranged, and fitted, nothing was too much trouble, friendly lads, no mess and the old stove taken away.
We are very pleased with our Woodwarm Stove and highly recommend this friendly and helpful family team.

We were very impressed with Brendon Hill Stoves and Isobel was extremely knowledgable about the stoves and we couldn’t have had better service.
We purchased the Woodwarm Wildwood slender 5kW stove and have been delighted with our purchase and excellent customer service throughout.
It was expertly fitted very promptly at our convenience and despite the pouring rain on the day,Sam was on the roof lining the chimney for us.
We couldn’t be happier with our choice of stove- the showroom at Roadwater is out of the way but well worth finding.

We bought our first log burner from Brendon Hill Stoves. As a first time buyer, it was important to be able to see a selection of stoves and we found the showroom excellent. Co-owner Isobel is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient, and answered all of our questions. She also put in contact with a highly skilled installer. Highly recommended!

I cannot rate this company highly enough. An excellent family run business. Isobel was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. They have a lovely showroom in Roadwater with a huge range of burners on display. When we narrowed our choice down to a few, we went to the showroom to view them in person, because of this they moved one of the burners we had chose onto their flue system and fired it up so we could see it working. Sam, who did the installation, was brilliant and helpful from day 1. Because I was doing work on the fireplace he did the installation in 2 parts which helped me out no end. I was also replacing the hearth, which he offered his assistance with laying. This was above and beyond. His partner Alice was lovely and very helpful and polite. This is a brilliant family run business that I would highly recommend.

Great experience start to finish. The stove was the most competitively priced i could find anywhere and it made a real difference to be able to see it working in the showroom. The installation threw up a few hurdles for Sam but all were overcome very efficiently and the whole job was finished to a very high standard. I'm very pleased and if i need another log burner supplied and fitted, this is where i will go!

Visited showroom which had lots to see (tick), owners knowledgeable and gave good advice (tick), they arranged a visit and actually turned up (tick). Said they would supply a quote in 2 days (tick tock, tick tock, tick tock) no quote. Waited for 2 weeks and emailed them (tick tock, tick tock, tick tock) no reply. They estimated £300 high on the chosen stove so I can only assume they can't be bothered unless there's plenty of profit on offer. There's lots of work right now for stove fitters so they can pick and choose which jobs they do but there's no excuse for not politely saying they don't want the work. So you can stick this review in your stove and smoke it.

We would highly recommend using Brendon Hill Stoves. As we are new to log burners we wanted to have a look first and find out more, so we visited the showroom. The showroom has a large range of burners on display, which was great. Isobel was very helpful and knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. We decided to go for a Woodwarm Fireview Eco. We asked if Sam could give us a quote and then do the installation. The lads were great when they came to do the installation, we are really pleased with the work and the log burner looks great. We are looking forward to cosy winter evenings in front of the fire. Thank you

Thank you to all at Brendon hill stoves, I am super delighted with our new Woodwarm wood burner. Well worth the wait. The team have been efficient, helpful and generous with advice and tips and kept us up to date with delivery information. The installation, which included removing a massive nest, was quick, tidy and professional. This is the third wood burner I have had installed in 35 years and I would rate Brendon Hill Stoves in a league of their own. Lovely family business, I recommend them wholeheartedly.
