I really do enjoy Tatiana’s classes and try to do 1 or 2 a week. Tatiana tailors her classes for all levels and makes sure you are in the correct posture and also pushing yourself to improve. I have been coming to class for a number of months and have really noticed an improvement in my practice. The classes are always welcoming, relaxed and most of all friendly which makes it a pleasure to be there. I would recommend Alamba to anyone wanting to join a yoga class.

I have been going to yoga classes at Alamba Yoga for about 2 years now. The classes have been extremely beneficial to both my physical and mental health. I had bad back problems when I first started attending the classes. Attending the classes has helped so much and my aches and pains are now minimal. My flexibility has improved beyond what I thought I would have ever been capable of a couple of years ago. Tatiana is one of the nicest people you will meet, very patient and knowledgeable and adapts the classes to suit everyone's needs. A lovely group of students, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I would not be without this class now and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a yoga class.

Wonderful, calming, relaxing class that stretched my mind and body. Inviting and friendly atmosphere. Tatiana is amazing, very patient, encouraging and experienced teacher. She provides a calm and safe environment in which to practice the yoga exercises and breathing techniques. I feel calm and relaxed after each class.
Class is always enjoyable and inspiring. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a healthy body and peace of mind.

Tatiana is a brilliant yoga teacher and I can't recommend her classes enough. She's really patient, helpful and encouraging and adapts the poses so they are right for you and your individual needs. I have practiced yoga sporadically for over a decade, but Tatiana is definitely the best teacher I've had.

Tatiana is a fantastic yoga teacher. She is very accommodating to previous injuries if any. The class has a great atmosphere where you will feel welcomed and never an outsider. Tatiana will progressly perfect and improve your form, flexibility, state of mind.

Tatiana's classes are wonderful. She is a very caring and conscientious teacher who takes the time to ensure that all her pupils understand the yoga positions and are doing them correctly. She has a low number of students in each class so is able to give a lot of personal attention to her pupils. She encourages her students to progress as far as they safely can. If you have fitness or injury issues Tatiana is able to give advice and alternative exercises. I really enjoy Tatiana's classes and feel that my strength and flexibility have improved since I started my yoga practice. I highly recommend this yoga class

I thoroughly enjoyed my pregnancy yoga sessions and looked forward to each one. Tatiana is a wonderful instructor who truly cares about your well being and will tailor sessions to suit any issues you may currently be experiencing. Despite the lock down preventing classes in the studio, I found the individual online zoom classes just as effective. In between sessions I was given additional exercises to try and felt fully supported and able to ask any questions at all times.

A top class studio with one of the best yoga teachers around. As someone who does one class a week, as well as a monthly power yoga workshop, I highly recommend Alamba Yoga. Tatiana is a patient and encouraging teacher who tailors sessions to your ability level, while helping you to gradually improve technically and physically. She takes a great interest in overall health and has helped me to overcome many sporting injuries, as well as teaching me techniques, asanas, and pranayamas to de-stress.
