Old Post Office Stevenage

I was in a hurry and needed quick service. The bar staff were really helpful, discussed with me options on the menu which were fast to serve. I went with a chicken wrap. Decent size portion and I didn't have to wait long.
Lots of space there too, so didn't feel cramped, and was able to watch a bit of sport too. All decked out for the Six Nations, I can imagine it would be a great place to watch the Rugby.
The Doom Bar was pretty cheap too, compared to a lot of places. So that was even better.
All in it was more than affordable and I'm looking forward to going back when I don't have to rush.

Was in the Old Postie for both days of the Liam Gallagher concert.
The place was rammed, both inside and out.
The service was very efficient, friendly and fast.
Didn't have to wait too long for a drink, even considering the amount of people in there.

JD lookalike pub. Menu not as extensive as spoons but OK. Prices are reasonable. Staff friendly and efficient. Show live football etc. Big outside seating area.

Awful my mother ordered the special Vegan Cottage Pie and Lasagne but the staff mucked us about. One said the lasagne needed to take longer it was frozen yet didn't mention no cottage pie. Yet staff looked on the menu it's not on there it wasn't on there but on the specials board! Had to refund as nothing else I wanted. Quite noisy and door slamming.

Nice prices and good food 👌 would have said 5 if all the tables were cleared down at a more regular interval

Visiting the town on business nearby. Friendly helpful service staff. Was made to feel welcome. The steak was done to my taste. The meal was filling ,but not heavy and was very enjoyable. Was there during the day and had work to do and felt very comfortable spending some hours there doing it. Would definitely drop by for a meal again.

Fantastic place to watch the football and become part of the furniture. Always enjoy a good game of pool there, you don't have to wait long for a table.
