Best foodie find on our Canel Boating Honeymoon so far! Absolutely lovely food, perfect service and good choice of ales. We arrived just before kitchens were about to close yet we were made to feel like Kings.
They're dog friendly too, so we could sit inside with our little pooch. Will definitely be aiming to come back here on our way home.

The food was very tasty, the service was very friendly. Unfortunately it was rather slow taking almost 3 hours for our meal.

Stopped for a "lite bite" really nice friendly staff. The garden is beautiful with tables well set out.

Food was delicious.

What a fabulous place, good food and drink. The inside is stunning and the garden is lovely place to sit out in the sunshine amongst all the flowers and shrubs.

A warm welcome from all the staff. Food was fantastic and would highly recommend it to family and friends if they were in the area. Will definitely return. Also had outside seating area with lovely garden.

We went here as part of our honeymoon boating holiday and what a beautiful find!

The food and drinks were second to none with the outside seating area being immaculately perfect.

Initially stopped for a quick glass of wine we found ourselves eating a 3 course meal followed by amazing cocktails and a bottle of bubbles to end the night.

Prices were reasonable for the location and quality. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again.

Unique half-timbered pub dating back to 1620c apparently, tastefully restored with obviously alot spent as it's virtually immaculate with pristine toilets ect beautiful landscaped courtyard garden where I had an excellent lunch of soup starter and the grilled salmon with a couple of beers,I highly reccomend this place and on this visit the Chef was on top of his kitchen🌞👍🍻
