The Crown Inn - JD Wetherspoon

The better of the two spoons in Fare (IMO).
A former pub/inn judging by the interesting interior architecture.
I had a local ale (see photos) following the popularity of it from the regular customers.
Would like to return and appreciate the impressive frontage as well as the food.
Sociable staff, too

Went for Lunch with my partner and 2 children and we enjoyed it very much. Good food and friendly staff. Plenty of lager and different beers on sale and very good price's the only reason for 4 stars was the waiting because it was very busy. Would definitely go again only when not packed out in there otherwise great family pub 🙂

A better example of a chain pub. Still feels like there's some character despite the tables being crammed in.
Food is what it says on the label and arrives promptly.
Good option for eating out if you just don't want to cook but can't spend loads.

I came here with my 2 children Saturday morning, we all had a very delicious breakfast.
Cooked and presented well and we didn’t have to wait too long for our food or drinks.
I used the app to order and pay which is fantastic.
Very reasonable too.
The kids said the hash browns were peng and even better than McDonald’s ones.
Refills on hot drinks too which was great.

Nice pub, went for breakfast there with my partner, never been there before, I ordered a veggie breakfast and the staff member read my order back to me however when it arrived it arrived with bacon!! I'm not quite sure how someone wouldnt question why they are putting bacon on a veggie breakfast, but there you go!! I did take my breakfast back to the bar and they replaced it, but errors like that shouldn't accur. Otherwise it was all OK.

Good reliable Wetherspoons pub. Food and drink at good pricing. Toilet facilities good. Bar staff efficient. Nice airy pub with lots of comfortable seating.
The brand name Weatherspoons is good honest food and drink at keen pricing

One of the smaller Wetherspoon pubs with a charming atmosphere. The food was the best I've experienced in a Spoon, fish and chips in a pub is always hit and miss but this was excellent. I'LL BE BACK! 😀

This Weatherspoons is well placed within Fareham. It is small, but has plenty of space and seating both inside and out. There is a good atmosphere, with the people speaking, laughing, etc. It is never quite, but that is what makes for a good pub right. The team there are responsive and helpful. Food options and variety is good. Food is served promptly and is good quality. Don't pass this pub without a visit.
