This pub had a good selection of Beers on . It's a shame not too many punters were Drinking it .? The condition was good. and still worth a Visit when your in Romford .🍻🍻🍺🍺

I really like prices there , especially tea and coffee unlimited refill; shame I didn't know about it before. I would not recommend Sunday roast though but I like most of the things on the menu. The best thing about Wetherspoon you can catch up with friend on the budget, great 👍

Always feel so safe here! Staff and security are so fantastic. Shoutout to the female staff especially for making me feel safe when I’ve not been comfortable. Cheap food and drinks! What more would you ask for. 10/10.

Never had a non pleasant experience. The service was efficient and the quality of product is high, not to mention the awareness and care to detail from the staff. On this particular occasion, it was 2 girls that served me both with tattoos one was blonde and the other had red hair! They were attentive, welcoming and extremely helpful with product recommendations another one is a fine fellow called Harry I think his name was, helping out the elderly customers with mobility and ensuring they were well catered for. Definitely recommend if you find your self in the Romford area! The roof top garden is pretty cool aswell~

Food was great and decently priced, had 2 lovely servers, one red haired girl and a blonde girl both with lots of very pretty tattoos, they were friendly, efficient and chatty, they made me very comfortable and were very polite. They recommend some food for us and it was very nice, will definitely be coming back.

Had breakfast in here this morning, service at the bar was great. I ordered a large breakfast without mushroom and was asked if I wanted anything in its place. So far so good. There are a few little bugs flying around the place and had to wave them off. Breakfast arrived with the mushroom on the plate. Good thing I just don't like them rather than being allergic. For this reason I docked a star I mean I did ask for it without after all.

Could not help but notice the fantastic service, passion and efforts of the manager on duty. Her name was Sansel. I observed her whilst sipping 4 pints of well served, chilled Guinness.
Her eyes, ears, mouth and presence was everywhere with the purpose of caring for all customers. The staff were prompt, polite and efficient in their service too and I noticed how well they responded to her firm but fair instruction.
She is a rare gem in the customer service that I experience in the vicinity of this Public House, the surrounding areas and country as a whole.
I just hope that her Managers are aware of the overwhelming efforts displayed by her and are monitoring her well being. There are many cases of 'burnout' and exhaustion related to such efforts and such individuals can be victims of their own efficiency.
Sansel, was also sweet enough to take no credit given by me verbally to her, responding (as I can recall) 'well, you know, these are hard times and we have to do our bit'.

Management and staff are jovial and welcoming.
Leo and Leon are fantastic chefs and make every effort to ensure customer requests are met to a really good standard.
Bar staff are all good at their jobs and respond to customer requests kindly.
Shan, Dan, Cherrene, Amy, and Jess are exceptionally efficient and kind. The standards they set truly set the tone for all the staff in terms of expectations....Lovely experience. Well done guys.
