Very busy, so busy had to ask for table to be cleaned, and I cleared the previous couples plates so we could sit.
the Mediterranean pasta was over salted and disappointing. My husbands Lasagne was OK but quite flat. Offer was free alcoholic drink with meal but when paying was charged more girl explained it means you get £1-49 off free only applies to the cheapest drink huhhh!!!
Won't rush back

Great pub, lovely beer garden
I stopped here for a few drinks and sat in the beer garden which was lovely. Plenty of seats and beautiful hanging baskets.

Knowledgeable staff who gave us some beer recommendations. Reasonable prices and a spotlessly clean pub and toilets.

They have a good pub grub menu, which I have tried . The staff have been and always very polite always welcoming

Very good atmosphere, vibrant and lively. Very recommended

Lovely pub in the centre of Leek. A lot of tables and not too busy (lunch on a Thursday!)

Was lovely to relax and have a rest while touristing around the area.

My husband and myself ordered gammon, grilled mushroom, peas and chips. We waited almost an hour and had to remind a member of staff that we still had not received our order. She was very apologetic and said it would be dealt with. After another 25 minutes the meal arrived to be stone cold. My husband found another member of staff and explained about the meal. She said it would be sorted. Another 20 minutes later the second meal arrived to be no better than the first. Nearly two hours of waiting for a meal that was dire. We gave up in the end. I have given one star for the member of staff who was very apologetic.

I use the Green Dragon mainly for breakfast, sometimes just a drink. The breakfasts have never been hot, or even warm. Quite often the bacon tastes of plastic, and the toast is closer to bread.. But I still keep going back as the prices are cheap, the service is good, and it's on my doorstep. I've also become immune to the temperature and undercookedness of the brekky!! The best thing is there's plenty of space to find a nook and have a read. A trite, overused saying, but it is what it is, a wetherspoons.

Spoons is spoons. The food/drink are the same in all of them. It’s cheap and cheerful. But what makes this spoons better than most is they have ‘James’ he’s the one staff member who walks round always happy and polite and makes everyone smile/laugh.
We love you James.

Visitor to Leek, went here as it looked lovely from the outside, then discovered it was a Weatherspoons. Had a lovely lunch, chips and burger were delicious and well presented, lovely cold beer. All for £8.10. Very friendly staff. Lovely outdoor area. Very pleasant locals. A great afternoon lunch!

Lovely venue clean and a lovely atmosphere. Ordering from an app doesn't usually work but there is always the option to go to the bar. Staff seemed friendly and happy to help will definitely go again
