Stopped for dinner with my sister who has a young daughter, it’s a good place for young kids, it’s super cheap and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately I found the dish I chose pretty bad, but overall the experience was not bad.

Came in the other day for breakfast and it was amazing. Had the mega breakfast and just about managed it. 10/10 tasted so good, will definitely be returning!!

Nice warm friendly atmosphere and definitely a good pub to be in!

Been here regularly with my children due to staying at purple roomz hotel. Food was amazing all round, nice piping hot and fresh. Prices and offers are great during the week also.

Came into the poachers this afternoon for a family meal and it was amazing. Service was fast and the staff were very friendly, food was served to us hot and it tasted very nice. The surroundings were very clean and there was never any mess left around. Will definitely be coming back again soon.

Called in for one drink on a very wet and windy afternoon. There were 4 people in the sports bar, so it was quiet. Had my small well behaved dog with us.
No signage on door about dogs. The person behind the bar served our drinks, took our money and then told us dogs not allowed!!! That person had definitely already seen the dog !
They said you can sit outside !!! Erm in pouring rain, no seats in shelter either. Went back in and said I would sit her quietly on my knee. Then another bloke came out I assume it was the manager and told us no dogs! Absolutely ridiculous. If no dogs allowed you are meant to have a sign on the door plus do NOT take our hard earned cash first then tell us after you have our money!! The other customers in the bar were lovely and welcoming and also couldn't believe it!!
