Impromptu visit on Mother's Day. Staff helpful. Lovely venue. Parking easy. We just had desserts & drinks but as we were eating outside the outdoor heaters & blankets were a great addition as the weather had turned chilly after 2 weeks of Spring sunshine. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Best sticky toffee pudding ever and even gluten free! Very happy customer! Great staff, great food and friendly atmosphere. We have been about 4 times and my partner has fish and chips every time as he says it is the best fish and chips he has ever had. I had the gf fish fingers and they were delicious too

Stumbled upon this pub during a walk. Managed to get a picnic table and fast service despite it being a sunny Bank Holiday. The food came out in less than 10 minutes and was delicious.

The Haycutter was completely refurbished a few years ago and is now a spacious, family friendly pub which offers a great range of food and drinks at reasonable prices. We called in for a drink and crisps on a Saturday afternoon, plenty of parking and benches in a garden with swings and a tractor for the kids to climb on. Service was great and fantastic range of ales.

Lovely place in the middle of the English country. The place is clean and well organised. They delivered all the food at the same time. The food was nice not perfect but pretty decent. You can pay with card or cash, the waitresses were polite. The toilet was clean.

Service was slow to begin with. There were a few tables with people seated but we didn't receive our drinks for the first half hour which is partly because one of my party wanted a vegan wine and staff weren't sure but partly due to the pub being busy. The food arrived hot and tasty but we weren't offered more drinks for a while and had to catch waiters eyes even though 5 walked past us. Delicious game pie and chocolate torte.
