Always a friendly welcome, can't go wrong for a tasty carvery. Only fault cauliflower and broccoli got cheese sauce on it, but you can ask a member of staff for some without cheese and very obliging. All round lovely country pub.

Hubby likes this place but I'm not that keen on it any more. Standards have slipped over the years. Use to have chunky home made chips nowadays chips are frozen ones...meat cuts very thin and tasteless.

Great food and great service! We come here all the time for the carvery as its by far the best around! Their daily menu is also very nice and we are always served with a smile from friendly staff. We even came for our Christmas Dinner here and it was exceptional!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone and we will continue to come here.

Use this place on a regular basis and have done so for the past few years. My wife and I have always been given excellent service by the staff. Sunday carvery is one of the best I have sampled in this area and the main menu caters for many taste buds which should satisfy even the most challenging diner. In this current environment when diners are searching for value for money, then this is the place to go. PS leave room for us please!!!
