Haven't been in there foor a whie, but spent a bit of time there today. Wasn't very busy, but still a nice, cosy atmosphere. Beer was spot on, staff good too. For me, it was time well spennt.

No staff, arrogant, more people left the pub due to length of service than stayed.
1 person serving during a home football match.
Even the door security apologised for the lack of effort.

Nice pub who have thought about the football crowd with 2 pint plastic tumblers so people aren't spending ages queuing.

Great atmosphere, if you like a good old tradition pub, it's the best in town

How the mighty have fallen! Run down, bar staff not at all friendly. Had a pint, although staff reluctant to treat us like a customer. I knew this pub from my formative years. The state that it has deteriorated to is heartbreaking and is not representative of Ipswich Town. Sad.

Great bar staff, easy to get served, lots of teles with different fa games, something for everyone.
