We are staying at low moor cottages up the road in Scalby and wanted somewhere to eat with the children, unfortunately our youngest was being a bit whingy so we didn't want to sit inside and bother other customers. Good news is they also have outside tables and the weather was reasonable. The food was served up without much waiting and was spot on, the steak was perfect and fantastic chips. Highly recommend the honeycomb cheesecake for dessert.

Popped in here on the hoof after great day out in Scarborough, nice staff and quick service, apart from my Son's Pizza on the kids meal the food was very good, loved my Cumberland sausage in a Yorkshire with gravy! Nice pint to wash that down with to boot.
Would certainly recommend!

Was absolutely starving and decided to stop here for dinner. Staff were friendly, ordered with ease and the portion was belt busting and very good value for money. Thank you.

Wednesday 23rd August we had a meal at the Three Jolly Sailor's. A really nice places with a great atmosphere. Staff friendly and helpful. The pub was busy but service was extremely quick. The food was to a high standard we will certainly go again next time we are in the area.

Good sized portions and quick service. Lots of choice with daily specials in addition to another menu. Children’s menu available - my daughter loves the chicken nuggets because they are real pieces of chicken! Outdoor seating and cosy inside seating. Plenty of parking.

Booked in for a meal on a Saturday evening, never been before but we're with a couple who had and recommended it.

It's an old fashioned pub, no fancy minimalist decor or artist, experimental food... just good, honest food and a nice, cozy interior.

Food portions are large to say the least, I had a rump steak and my partner had the pie.

The steak was excellent, cooked perfectly and great quality with no gristle, the pie was excellent too with fall apart beef and outstanding gravy...it was also absolutely massive.

Everyone was super friendly, including the customers who I suspect are mostly regulars.

Definitely worth going to for a fuss free but delicious meal.

One of the best Sunday dinners I've ever tasted and desserts were spot on. Very welcoming and lovely friendly staff. Definitely recommended.

Stopped here on a wet day for lunch . We sat in the conservatory as we had our friends dog with us. It was quite busy and when we received our food, you can understand why . It was nothing fancy but its the sort of food I cook at home. The menu was normal pub grub but they had a specials board which offered something a little different. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely eat here again if I was in that area .
