After reading ok reviews we decided to book a room, on arrival the lights were out but main entrance open we waited at reception for 20min having to call a mobile number stuck to the door, in my disbelieve was costumers personnel information all over the reception desk including my full bank details for anyone to see! Finally a well dressed chap in last weeks clothing came out of his cave to inform us there was No food, no drinks or lights or heating available because it was so quiet we decided to relocate to a fantastic new location

Way to overpriced, we got a small bunk bed room for almost £60. Also very noisy, some sort of dog show woke us up early in the morning.

First time staying in this hotel and will definitely return. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and lovely big windows letting plenty of air in. Sadly the restaurant and bar were closed due to staffing problems which was disappointing. Hopefully this will be sorted out by the next time we stay. Well done Steve and team.

Steve and all the staff at Neuadd Hennlan Lodge are extremely helpful and kind. Rooms are spotlessly clean with piping hot water.Breakfast is great and your plate is full.From check in to check out the staff are extremely friendly.

What a lovely place: clean, comfortable, warm, a warm welcome from all the staff and honestly the most delicious roast beef dinner I have ever eaten and a very well stocked bar. Can't fault this place. Will definitely be returning.

We recently stayed here on saturday, dissapointed is an understatement. On arrival there was nobody to greet us at the property. We had no idea how to get in, where to park. The entrance to the property was awful the door was held open by a fire extinguisher. The room we had booked was not shown in the photo's. I had booked the delux room, but didn't have the room we had booked. Definitely would not recommend. It is not what you would expect by the lovely photo's shown.
