In the morning hours there is almost no food, the water is not cooled and the lounge itself looks a bit outdated. Furthermore only limited sockets available. All in all would not go here again.

My family and myself flew to Mauritius on the 5th of July from Gatwick with BA. Checking was a bit of a nightmare as one of the staff really was so unhappy and her lack patience and manners were out of place, can’t remember her name but she was dark skin and chubby. Another one called Maria was amazing and sooooo helpful and kind.

The flight we took was good, BA crew were really lovely. They all were helpful and nice. Always smiling. We return back to London Gatwick with BA on the 21st and this flight was also very nice. The crew was super welcoming. Food was much better than other airlines we used. Keep it up BA.

I am regular customer flying to Chennai. The same destination different carriers and I had a chance to compare the service with Etihad, Emirates, Qatar. Unfortunately, BA fleet is much outstanding from others, as usual age makes a difference 😂 summarising not working tuch screens, broken USB port, power installation under the seat not allowing you to strach and when I thought my sit was bad my neighbour had not working display at all. She survived somehow 11h flight without 🎥. Only good side is profesional crew. Senior management has to wake up and upgrade the interials at least!

Never been to a lounge before. Was well worth it with lots of vegan options 😍 no non-moo milk though 💁🏼‍♂️ rate the pre-made Manhattans. Staff are so lovely and friendly

From London to Athens, a 4 hour flight the offer just water and a snack.
The seats are so close the one to each other so you can fit and sit comfortable.
It is not a good airline company but a low budget, similar with Ryanair.

I guess I could give 5 stars to this flight only because I chose to travel during the week, when I know flights are not that busy, especially if the plane has 2 levels and most of the people do not realise the upper level is almost empty, hence being able to stretch on several seats and have almost no one around me, as the pictures show.

However, the reason I give BA one star on this occasion is because the Customer service centre based in Kuala Lumpur only pretends to help you and do not care (why would they?) about you and your problems:
1. A customer service rep, called herself Anita based in KL, did not even want to help me move my flight (due to several major problems I am having at the moment) unless I paid extra 150 GBP plus whatever the new return flight would cost (this is only for moving the flight several months later when my situation will be clearer) - on top what I already paid for the return flight. At the height at the pandemic BA gave us the chance to move flights for a fee of 7 GBP which could be paid online. This option is not available anymore and you can only move flights by calling this useless and careless customer service. Why do they even call themselves 'customer service'? More like 'hello, this is the Rip off service, how can I NOT help you?'
2. Anita further said she will put my phone down on me when I said 'this is utter nonsense' - proof of her poor English
3. Anita also said 'you are wasting my time' when she derailed the conversation from the reason I was making the phone call.

How can you give BA 5 stars, and how can you return to book more flights with them when they do not help you, even as an Executive BA member for a few decades now. They just want to take your money to please their investors based overseas

BA and T5 are completely disorganised in every possible way. Travelled this week to and from Geneva. Check in and security were ridiculously slow and we were redirected around the terminal so many times we ended up walking the length of the terminal three times. On arrival, we touched down at 16:10 (BA731 17/12) and sat on the tarmac for 1h 30 waiting for a jet bridge. We are now still waiting for our bags over 2 hours since we were due to arrive. I will be avoiding BA and T5 from now on.
