I took a few drops before training and then a few hours afterwards. After a few weeks I noticed better and faster recovery and less muscle tension. Also i took some drops before my sleep and feel more relaxed when I was wakeup. The oil is smooth and mint flavour is good. I will keep this routine for now and see what happens. I wasn’t sure at first whether I should buy this because I wasn’t sure how helpful it would be and thought it might be a waste of money but I’m glad I took a chance.

When I first tried it I had been racing about doing stuff and was feeling a bit stressed so I thought I’d give it a go. I put a few drops under my tongue and .... chill. It was like someone had taken all the pressure away and I was just clearer and calmer. I still got everything I needed to do done but I did it with a more relaxed mindset. It was amazing.

Compared to other products it seems expensive but it’s all about potency, this product contains a lot more oomph compared per millilitre than others and so you need less. That’s why I bought this one compared to others which were cheaper, found out the importance of potency to millimetres, thank you Google!

I don’t take it everyday like others may I just take a few drops when I need to step away from the pressure for a bit and reflect or come down a notch and for me, it works.

Thought I’d try the oils and some balm. I have osteo arthritis so the oils seem to help. Service was 5* delivered fast and well packaged. Using the oils is simple with a dab under the tongue and the balm I rub into my wrists before bed. Seems to help with my hand and wrist pain so I’ll probably get some more!
