Customer service (a young girl named Kerry?) Was exceptional. Food was good, big portions. Salad wasn't as fresh, can tell few days old. Kids food was cooked to perfection esp chicken. Will definitely visit here again just because of the customer service received.

Had a gorgeous lunch here yesterday, food was served quickly and was delicious. Staff were attentive and down to earth. Restaurant itself was clean, fun and well organised. Fantastic restaurant. Highly recommended. Will definitely be going again!

Went there first time on first week of December. Tbh I didn’t even enjoy it at all. I order California Chicken Burger with Avocado Dip. The chicken was lil bit burnt and they put a lot of Avocado inside burger as well. The funny thing the tomato inside the burger was bigger than the chicken. The only reason why I gave 3 star is because I really love the starters which was mozzarella dips and The Desert was mouthwatering Brownie. Overall, Starters and Desert was nice and customer service was brilliant but main wasn’t that fancy as I was thinking.

We were visiting the restaurant on the 16th of December at Bluewater. Service was fairly quick and professional,I like the atmosphere, however couple of neon lights and light bulbs needs replacing. Food taste wise were absolutely on point, the picture shows the full rack of the ultimate ribs and the half rack baby ribs, 1st is 23~ quid and 16 the 2nd if I remember correctly, I'd say the latter is a little overpriced but for a small lady or young lad will be okay as a portion size. Unfortunately 2 things were a letdown, first off the portion size for the sweet potato fries, should be a little more..and the biggest minus here was the temperature of the food upon serving, as a cook myself who worked in prestigious restaurants in the past , I know the food if it's a warm dish, should be piping hot when serving. Sadly these were just about warm. All in all positive experience , but these need to be addressed to get the highest rating from me.

A great welcome and speedy seating. Service was indeed great.
Meal was just ok but the passion fruit juice is a must have.
Fries were a bit dry and oily as though the oil wasn't fresh. Ribs were succulent. The corn was boiled in water only which is a good treat for persons with hypertension or watching their salt intake. :-)
Not sure if I'll visit again but definitely no fries for me. Can't take any chances.

Amazing experience today. We went to celebrate 🍾 the birthday and we had a great day. We were served by the most amazing server Krzyszto, he was attentive and gave us the total experience. TGI is our go to for family celebration and we would be going back. Thanks TGI for a great day

Friendly staff but the waiting time is far too long and the service was even longer. Portions has now shrunk but the prices has gone up(austerity this is). The food though is cooked to what I have expected it to be.
