Staff friendly and welcoming. The food was lovely. My daughter and I enjoyed our visit.

Nice and pleasant restaurant, when we got to the door it was bit of wait before a waitress came over and show us our table, maybe staff was low that night, Otherwise food was lovely, professional service.

The most delicious and enormous burger I have ever had. An absolute delight but you better make sure you're hungry as that's one piece of burger. Massive place, wide range of burgers and other food and friendly staff.

Came in on a Thursday and the team were very friendly and working at a great pace. Everyone was doing something productive. Nice atmosphere, good music and the cocktails are lovely! Had a nice relaxing couple of hours chilling out. Attentive staff. Will defo be back!! Well done to your team!!

Always a hit and miss with the service at this place...unfortunately I keep coming back for the ribs. The sesame chicken strips are also good, aswell as the desserts...and the tgi burger. Kids’ menu is good too!

A lovely meal here with my husband over the weekend. There was a little wait on the food as they were busy but service was prompt and our waitress was very attentive. The food was cooked to our liking, ordering a steak and chicken - my husband can be a fussy eater! Our waitress was good humoured and helped us with the menu, not sure of her name but a young girl possibly called Jane, thanks! We'll come again in the future

We had a lovely meal here last night. Georgia our waitress, really looked after us and was so friendly. Menu seems to have changed but we were told it’s changing again next week so will be interesting to see what new stuff they have. We downloaded the app and received a free dessert so it was well worth doing. We were really full after our starters and mains though so Georgia kindly made up our cookie dough sundae in a large milkshake cup and we were able to take it away with us to enjoy later. All in all, a good meal out and I’d highly recommend the Times Square Big Share. There’s always a fun atmosphere at TGI’s but it would be nice to see it get a refurb at some point… I’ve been going here for 20 years or so and can’t remember the decor changing at all! That said, it’s a cool place with lots of interesting stuff to look at and serves good food and great cocktails so worth checking out for sure.

Steak was ordered medium rare, came out blue and full of gristle. The managers response was that he can't control the butcher and there's not a lot of difference between medium and rare!!! Discounted the garlic bread, whoopee
