Planet Appliance - Specialists in Graded Appliances

Needed a new electric cooker urgently. After visiting there website i contacted Planet Applience Friday 27 May late afternoon. Told which cooker I wanted. They said they could deliver the following day between midday and 4pm. They arrived about 2:30pm. Installed and checked everything works. They even took the old cooker away.
This is not the first time I have purchased an appliance from this company and have never had any issues. Always deliver excellent service.
Would recommend to anyone.

I urgently needed a fridge freezer and called Planet Appliances, Wolverhampton, I also needed delivery today and removal of the broken appliance . The lady informed me that they were fully booked that day . I said that I must have it today and she said let me have your details and I’ll see what I can do . She called me back within 5 minutes and said that they would ‘squeeze’ me in. I went to their unit to view appliances ( there were plenty to choose from) - I met the lady on the phone - KATY . She was so helpful, friendly & knowledgable without being pushy .
I was extremely lucky / I purchased a Miele fridge freezer with barely any marks .
Delivery / removable of old one all for less than £250. Katy was incredible . 10/10 for exceptional customer service . Thank you

Advertising stock they haven't got to get you to shop /premises. Upon arrival was met with a showroom full of junk appliances.
Apparently all the best stock is up stairs and your not allowed up there health and safety.

Called in recently to perchas an appliance great friendly staff very happy with service and perchas with exception to a lady who was cleaning units I gess she was trying to be helpful
did butt into tell us things we didn't want or need to now as very happy with the lady who was serving us however we are happy to recommend this company and the savings.

Moved house and needed a fridge/freezer and cooker quickly, bought both from here in April 2022 - BOTH items broke by October 2022. Rang the shop this morning as it has only been 6 months since purchase only to be told they only offer 3 months warranty and the items are out of warranty so nothing they will do. If you want 6 months warranty you have to pay additional for it. Absolutely disgusting, people do not buy discounted items if they can afford to buy full price items and this feels like a scam because both items have broken within 6 months, not fair at all. Would not recommend, just pay the extra and go to a normal shop that doesn’t benefit from people being in difficult financial circumstances. I will also be making a formal complaint.

Visited today to pick up a washing machine, fresh off the night shift so I was half asleep 😂 but the staff were friendly loaded the washing machine into my van got home fitted working with no issues.. I did visit two other places before here and I must say the variety and condition of their machines was much better compared to what I’d seen earlier this morning and reasonably priced too.

I purchased my Hoover Washer Dryer from here! It was delivered next day, installed and my old appliance taken away completely hassle free!

Because I had a new graded item, I was given 6 months warranty which is brilliant. I’m happy with the whole experience and will definitely be returning! Thankyou Planet Appliance!
