Very polite, but got the parts wrong and caused me a pointless long drive to collect a part that didn't fit.

Got the parts I ordered ok.
I think a few of the staff could do with some customer training. A smile and bit of conversation wouldn't go a miss as we are paying their wages.

If they dont want to serve customers get a diffrent job.

Other than that, parts ok.

Will use again.

Not once have I ever had a reply off these.

Friendly staff and good stock levels.

Easy access, freindly staff, and had what I needed.

Computer has made mistakes a few times and ended up with wrong parts but staff always try their best and are always helpful and friendly. Better than microfiche days but a long way from infallible. Would be better off they always shows an image of the actual part and not a generic picture of the general type of part being supplied.

Dont stock what I wanted, but guy was very helpful getting me the ford part number and printing me off a copy of part, would reccomend.
