Halfords - Southport

Brilliant staff and service at Southport Halfords. Fitted new brake lights, checked and topped up oil & coolant (which were nrly empty), back on the road in just over 20mins. Staff were so helpful. Thank you so much, so glad I stopped there. 👍👍

Fantastic service. Fitter, Bailey, was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. No upselling - tested my Zafira battery, shared honest assessment and left decision to me - then fitted a new battery which I guessed would be required as current one 11 years old, with time and care in 10 minutes. Front desk could not be more helpful too. A pleasure to give my custom, courteous and professional and cheapest in the area to boot. Highly recommended .

I had damaged a screwdriver that I bought several years ago and wanted to replace it. Halford's advised that it was subject to lifetime replacement guarantee and exchanged it without question. Brilliant service.

Went in for some headlights today and Bailey was great, super friendly and showed me how to do them myself in the future if I need to. Another gent (Nathan I think?) introduced me to the Halfords Motor Club which will actually save me a lot in the future! Thanks Southport team!

Bought a 12" wheel bike for our 3 year old which was very kindly picked up by my brother as we were staying with him for Christmas. I couldn't believe how they had put it together when I saw it. I had to take it apart and put it back together correctly. I was lucky it didn't break because some parts were snap toget and had to be prised apart. Total incompetence.

I phoned Halfords Southport regarding an item I wished to purchase was informed definitely in-stock, I arrived at a the store to collect said item (item most definitely not in-stock) total waisted journey, was informed might be able to get one for next day.
