I ran into a big issue with my car when I was trying to come home from my holiday in Brighton, I live 4 1/2hrs away. I urgently needed a clutch replaced so I could get home for work asap. I rang up and had nothing but great communication, the woman on the phone (I’m sorry I forgot your name) was lovely and very helpful who said they could get it done the following day (baring in mind any other garage I rang didn’t have availability until the following week). Managed to get the car into the garage and they quoted me a guaranteed price, all staff I saw there were absolutely great & I felt like my car was in very safe hands. I expected my car to take all day (the following day) to get done with it being a rather big job, considering all the other work they had going on with other customers as well…I gave them a call about 3:30pm and they had just finished it and were happy to let the car back on the road. I got a text from them how to pay online, which I did right away, very easy and simple, received proof of payment afterwards on my phone. I made my way back to the garage with my girlfriend and again the staff were lovely and we felt welcomed right away, they had my receipt ready and printed off with what work had been done, along with a stamp on it which confirmed I payed over the phone. Managed to get home only one day later than expected, the situation could of easily been a lot worse (and cost more if it came to it) and overall only had to miss one day of work. I cannot thank everybody enough at Swift Motor Services, they were all amazing and did a great job at getting my car fixed and ready as quickly as they did!
I would very highly recommend giving them a call or popping down to their garage if ever need be, they’ll 100% take good care of you. 5*!

Swift motors are a fab friendly and reliable garage that offer a wide range of services. I have my little 20 year old car MOT and serviced there every year and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Over the years I’ve had a few things done and every time it’s been the same excellent service, they are always happy to answer questions and double check things. Family run and excellent reliable service and value for money, I would highly recommend them for all car repairs, services and MOT’s.

Such friendly and professional staff. A credit to any customer service company, a skill that’s dying out. Sarah was so lovely, she didn’t have the greatest of news to give me after my vehicle inspection, but she went through it all with me and helped me work out was urgent and what could wait.

I cannot recommend this garage enough. My cars clutch was making a rattling noise and needed replacing (I have no more technical language on this matter and will leave that for the experts!!) Everyone was so helpful. They gave me a realistic time frame and price for fixing the issue. I also was given a courtesy car (although I didn't feel this was forced upon me and they even gave options of how else I could get home!) My car was fixed so much quicker than expected. I love that there is the option to pay online, and that they emailed me the invoice. It makes everything so much easier and painless. Thank you!

Used this garage for many years. They have always been reliable and have a very friendly way about all their staff. This is important to me and can’t always be found in other garages! Their online booking system,confirmation of appointment, reminder of appointment and paying online is great for me. If this isn't your thing it can still all be booked etc by phone or in person.

I had let my MOT laps. They booked me in at their very earliest date. They were very professional, accommodating and freindly. I would highly recommend this company again.
