Received excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable service here when choosing a second stage car seat for our child. There is some very convenient customer parking around the back of the shop, and an extensive range of car seats stocked. The gentleman helping us was quickly able to narrow down a shortlist of seats based on our criteria and was happy to fit them all in the car to test out the passenger experience (extended rear facing seats need a fair bit of space and can leave the front passenger leg room compromised), and show us how easily or otherwise they fitted and adjusted. Having purchased a seat they adjusted it to fit our son and then fitted it to the car. We also purchased some shades for the window, which again they were happy to fit for us. We couldn't fault the service received, and prices were very reasonable.

Brilliant shop! Needed a car seat for our 7 week old baby. The helpful and knowledgeable Sue tried 2 for us, advised against a 3rd (tall kids meant it probably wouldn't have fitted for as long). She didn't try to sell me the most expensive car seat. She did a great job fitting it and making sure the front passenger seat was still accessible. Highly recommend their service.

Brilliant advice and service - we wanted a travel system for our first, and loved the time taken, pragmatic approach and ability to try everything in my small car. No pressure to buy and great prices - independent business at its best!

Knowledgeable and experienced team. They have close relations with the brand managers so if they can't source the item you require then the likes of John Lewis certainly won't. They will go out of their way for you and have not failed. We are London based and know Sue and the team well

We visited Ann's on Tuesday (2nd) to get an idea of the buggy we wanted. We had already decided that we wanted to use an independent shop and also had an idea of the sort of buggy that we are after.

Absolutely fabulous service and we know we will be returning as soon as we are ready to buy our buggy and car seats!

100% recommend Sue at Ann's Prams. I contacted via Facebook yesterday on the hope of an appointment and she saw us first thing today. The whole process was Covid safe & by appointment. She is very knowledgeable and whilst we kind of knew what we wanted to look at, she fully explained all features of the carseat and fitting for us to ensure we were happy with our choice. Our new carseat was fully fitted before leaving and it was a great experience.
