Daly Bread Isleworth Microbakery

For our team building event I booked Daly Bread and was not disappointed! What a wonderful afternoon we spent at Daly Bread learning to bake lots of different types of baking from standard loaf to soda bread. Brenda is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain not just the what but also the why. Brenda is a generous teacher and excellent baker. I would recommend Daly Bread if you’re looking for a calm relaxed activity.

I’ve tried all the sourdough varieties and love them equally. It’s so difficult to find GENUINE sourdough. I like it very sour. I don’t eat a lot of bread so I slice & freeze; it makes fab toast. Beetroot and feta was exceptional and I’m not even keen on beetroot 😂

Discovered Daly Bread during lockdown when it became a weekly highlight and it still feels that way when we collect whatever delights that Brenda has made for us. The only downside is the focaccias don’t last very long in our house!

We came across Daly Bread when we had just given up finding proper bread in the area, it is everything freshly and delicious bread should be -it's about the simple things in life, right?

Apart from the tasty loaves, we love the foccacias, babkas, challas and festive bakes (the stollen and mince pies are worth the wait until Christmas!!). We look forward to the weekly treats!

Lovely bread, we particularly love the Isleworth sourdough but there's masses of choice of delicious breads and sweet bakes.

We are new to Brenda’s weekly bakes but have been quickly converted to the point where my daughter and I are both addicted to our weekly bread fix. She asks me regularly when the next batch is arriving.. We love the potato focaccia and the olive sourdough, though frankly they’re all delicious. If frozen, it toasts perfectly. Looking forward to working our way through the entire range:)

We absolutely love Brenda’s seeded sourdough but her other breads are also delicious. Hot cross buns and stollen are equally delicious for holiday treats. It is great to be able to support a local baker that is so friendly and skilled.
