Lovely staff but ended up walking out as there was nothing to really choose from on the shelf, Neather from the hot display. either they have just been busy, or trying to control waste

A lovely lunchtime treat, good social distancing, a gorgeous warm chicken bake, a sausage roll and a cream doughnut to finish, everything was delicious, I really recommend that you try their products out, (all calorie free of course), it is nearly Christmas so who's counting.

Were there yesterday lunchtime. Staff extra helpful as my son didn't like any of the sandwiches on the shelf. Went out of their way to make him a roll. One happy little boy!

Refused to accept an O2 priority free vegan roll offer. I have been going to this particular store for years. No issues before. Must have spent hundreds in store over that period of time. The attendee had a grin on her face bigger than the Cheshire Cat. Will never go back over this issue, as I am a man who believes in fair trade and accepting Terms and Conditions, which were agreed by Greggs and O2 management. If I could give zero stars I would. 👎

The seating area was very cold as was the pizza slice.

First time at this particular shop. Eclairs were poor, almost no cream and tasteless. Custard slices seemed to be made out of cardboard. Better value and taste in supermarket. Won't bother again.

Always enjoyed greggs, but i feel their standards have slipped greatly. Sandwiches are lovely. Its hit and miss if you get a hot or cold pasty. And the bacon and sausage are awful quality.... how do you get bacon wrong?

Lovely food but the employees dont seem to be able to listen very well. They have forgot items multiple times. But otherwise lovely food.
