Great staff and service. As a business customer I am grateful for the self service machines as this speeds up my time doing the banking. The glamorous old boy with the beard is always helpful and friendly.

Hello bank it’s good but people working there it’s not nice it’s very rude I’ve been there twice One time they asked me to wait 5 minutes and they didn’t find no one to come to me and help I think they having too many lunch break tea break it’s not professional I will recommend to check the stuff they doing everything right

It's a Bank. It's OK. Whoever is 'greeting' might ask things unnecessary when their next statement is "take a seat, someone will be with you". You'll then need to re-tell the entire issue. Resist!

I absolutely loved my experience there. In the beginning i was hesitating to open acvount there but thanks to Katia with her amazing help she was very professional and handled all my questions very well.

They take ages & the queue takes ages. Had to wait 20 mins to see the cashier

Refused to serve me because they were closing in 40 minutes after being sent to this branch by another branch. And the problem I need solving is that my card was being rejected for multiple online payments despite my account always have surplus funds; which is entirely their fault and I was unable to get it sorted out online. They asked to book another time. The receptionist is nice, he tried. But the other staff didn’t even try to solve my problem. I have to work Monday to Friday, and I took a day off for it. It’s a waste of my time! They should hire more staff!
