Most unhelpful people. Waited more than 30 minutes to be said they couldn't help, need to book appointment in one week!!!!. Ahhh...they helped just 2 people in half an hour!!! Don't waste your time here. Horrible, disgusting, dirty place and unhelpful people!

Absolutely awful customer service from manager and staff generally. They clearly can't be bothered to help. 'Good' banks have the manager or staff open the door and say morning when the bank opens. Oh no, not HSBC catford. You have to keep pushing the door to check if they've released the lock ....it's 9am...not open.... 9.01am...still pushing the door and then the door gets released 9.02am! What terrible manners, not a single sole bothering to say the bank is open and come in though you've been outside for 10mins by the door.

Always such friendly helpful staff. I love this branch, been coming for years

Peckham branch closed so now this is my nearest branch. It’s a toy branch that doesn’t have counters so you can’t withdraw from your account, absolutely pointless.

I ask for bank statements never arrived

Fraud committed here. Let someone transfer thousands of pounds with just a fake driver's license. Probably an inside job knowing Catford.

The customer service is awful, the cash machine needs updating it’s old and tatty, and often out of order. Doesn’t open till late and, always has long queues with one cashier. This bank was one of the best one time but now I have to say is the worse, unhelpful, uncaring and tatty.
