Nothing I dislike more than rude counter staff. Please and thank you wouldn't go amiss. The auto pay in machine isn't as cold as the woman that just served me.

The amount of times I call to the cash machine to deposit money just after 4.30 and there are never any envolopes to put my cash in .. soo frustration got and annoying please when locking your front door simply put envolopes in its that easy

Poor service .had a appointment no one new anything about it she said when did they phone you .l said yesterday. Bring back Kevin he was a good manager. Helpful. I hate going to that branch. Not Helpful at all

The middle aged woman with brown hair and orange face just gave me a right dirty look just spoke down to me with a right attitude on her. Really was no need
