Great help from Naheeda at the Hammersmith branch. Went above and beyond to help out and tried to get my issue sorted even though she was not a business specialist.

She took time to call back and update me which is not something I have experienced chasing this issue for months now.

What’s the point to open on Saturday when the branch is only able to offer extremely limited services? No cash services is a no-go for a bank and for the rest, most people in line are just referred to the website or call center. Not great.

Awfully organised, no enough staff, no actual counters, no manners, nearly an hour to print a statement.

Horrible member of staff Lin or Lyn at the tills full of irony towards the customers! Every single time! To every single one! My company banks for years in Hammersmith and all the staff is always lovely except that girl! She shouldn’t be working there, no appreciation for her job. She seems like she doesn’t want to be there anyway!

Calm, friendly and professional staff. I’ve witnessed many instances of cashiers coping with rude or impatient customers and taking time with the elderly and people who might have learning difficulties or be vulnerable in some way. So hats off to them!

The staffs were friendly, but unfortunately they gave me false information. They need to be well educated about their own bank procedures!

No over the counter service on Saturday is frustrating for people who work on weekdays. Will consider switching as other banks nearby offer this
