The queues for the cashier regularly stretch out of the building into the car park. Too few staff for the number of customers and the location of the bank. Staff seem inconvenienced if you prefer to talk to a human being rather than use one of their machines.

Very handy location which saves walking up town every time you need to use a branch. Unfortunately every local business seems to have cottoned on to this so the queue is always long and very rarely are all 3 counters open. If businesses depositing large sums of cash had their own separate counter, banking for everyone else would move much more freely.

Absolutely disgraceful!!! One woman walking around with a head set, knew nothing about simple enquiry. Told to wait for another staff member...waited and waited and waited, sat for over an hour...people who were just walking in got seen before me!! What a joke! Will not be visiting this branch again and am considering changing banks if this is type of service you get as a NatWest customer!!! I would give 0 stars if I could!

The branch is badly organised they have closed the windows and the staff have to stand all day with queues often out side of the doors - but the staff are great just roll eyes when comments are made.

Very useful if your a disabled user parking on the doorstep! Polite and very helpful staff, even when COVID-19 was at its peak! Avoid lunchtime to save time on queuing.

I got to this bank 4 mins after it opening on a Monday morning, I waited 10 mins before being served, Only two people was on on the desks. I made a cash withdrawal, It was a better experience than last time as the manager before kept asking me did I really want to take cash out, In the end I became quite blunt that it's my money and if I want to take it out then I will!

How slow can you go? Sing it now. Took half an hour to get through the queue to be served. By the sounds of it the cash machines are unreliable as they kept crashing. Only two cashiers available, felt sooooo slow.

Staff say queues are because popular because of free parking - obv the reason to close half the tills!
