We took in some money to deposit and because the woman behind the counter had to straighten it as it had been in a roll she was very rude and acted as if she was doing us a favour??? I will not go again, much nicer in Colne.

The staff at this location are generally friendly, but the downside is that there often aren't enough of them on hand, leading to long lines and wait times. I think it would be helpful if they had a cash deposit machine inside, as many other banks now offer this convenience. While I appreciate the friendly staff, I find it frustrating to have to spend a long time waiting in line to complete my transactions. I hope that the staffing issue can be addressed in the future to improve the overall experience at this location. It's closing soon unfortunately anyway so it doesn't matter now.
