A very helpfull and friendly staff.

A bank with no humans? What is the world coming to when you go into the bank and all they have is machines? I think it is time for me to bank with a bank which has humans.

Very rude. Can’t ever help with issues. I think I’m gonna move banks as it’s not the first time this has happened!! Not a happy customer

Always a helpful person there

Had an issue where instead of the lady at the counter depositing my money she had put it down as withdrawn. So the money I deposited never made it into my account and to top it off she had withdrawn money from my account leaving me in an overdraft. Unfortunately by the time the mistake was noticed by myself the bank was closed as they have reduced their opening hours drastically. Now I have to wait the whole weekend for them to open on Monday and rectify this mistake and I am also out of pocket the whole weekend due to this woman's error.

Deposited £150 with cashier lady and instead found out later that day £150 was withdrawn from my account so I was £300 down. Leaving me overdrawn.

Not enough opening hours, need to deposit a large cheque but each time I can get there it’s been closed.
I’ll be changing banks to one with proper opening hours.
