Halifax

Went into the Chorley branch today to transfer money to buy a house. They were quite busy and our transaction naturally took some time but Neil who served us was the most most patient and reassuring man...made what might have been quite a stressful situation very pleasant. He was also very thorough and went the extra mile to make sure we had double checked the information re the account we were paying into.
Thank you Halifax...he was a credit to you.

I understand that there are problems during this lockdown, however I have found a fraudulent transaction on my Halifax credit card and there seems to be absolutely no way to report it. I have tried numerous times by phone, but their automated system takes ages to take your details then curtly cuts you off. There seems to be no alternative way of contact, I cannot find an email address anywhere on their website. Frustrated worried and annoyed!!

Never had a problem with them, rarely have any issues with my cards and would recommend the friendly staff/branch to anyone looking to swap bank or start fresh

We should all use this branch more often because the staff are really nice and friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them

Used Chorley Halifax branch for years I've never had any problems with the service Always friendly and very helpful
